FACULTY + STAFF
​Our dedicated teachers and staff work closely with the PTA to create a collaborative and supportive learning environment for all students. They provide valuable insights into classroom needs, participate in PTA-sponsored events, and help bridge the communication gap between families and the school.

Local businesses, peer schools, and organizations like the National PTA play a crucial role in expanding our resources and enhancing our impact. These partnerships provide additional funding, expertise, and networking opportunities that allow us to offer more diverse programs and support for our school community.

The LBES Parent Teacher Association (PTA) is a collaboration between teachers and families with the purpose of enriching the lives of our students. Through the work of our volunteers within the PTA and the partnerships we make with LBES teachers, we are able to balance the need for fun and learning by offering numerous programs and events throughout the school year that help expose students to a greater understanding of the arts, science, technology and diversity. PTA members also have a voice in matters related to our school on a local and national level through the Montgomery County Council of Parent Teacher Associations and the National Parent Teacher Association.
